It is not possible to track the return all the way. The tracking may show as delivered; however, the last tracking point is at the local depot in your country. It has not arrived at our warehouse in Poland yet.
Due to Brexit customs processes it may take a few days longer.
We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.
- It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. Due to the high volume of orders, it might take a few days longer for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
- 1st confirmation e-mail: Once we’ve received your returned parcel in our warehouse.
- 2nd confirmation e-mail: We’ll confirm your refund has been processed.
