Due to the high volumes of orders, it can take a bit longer for your return parcel to reach our warehouse. Once we have receive your parcel we will inform you via email and immediately start processing your refund.
If your return tracking status shows that your parcel has been "Delivered", please note that your parcel may still be in Germany and has not reached our warehouse in Poland yet.
We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.
It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. Due to the high volume of orders, it might take a few days longer for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.
If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
